Health Improvement and Modernisation Programme, 2001-2004 www.himp.net/2001-4/: Dec 2000. ASP. The HIMP site for East Sussex, Brighton and Hove Health Authority (as what was). This site was all about speed and accessibility. After all, it was for a health authority and most users of this kind of organisation are not well ;O) This was the first on-line version of a health authority HIMP in the UK to use standard XHTML with no PDF files, so it was able to be read on all mediums.
